As you may know, we experienced a fire recently, which resulted in a complete loss of our offices and warehouse. We are fully operational at this time and operating out of a temporary facility. For specific details on the fire and claims process, please see information below.

Where is the temporary office location?

Our temporary office location is at 1547 US Highway 19 South, Leesburg, GA 31763. The office is in the old Harvey’s shopping center.  Please pardon our progress as this is a temporary location.

What services are you able to offer?

We are able to offer almost all of our services including floor cleaning, upholstery and etc. We have limited rug cleaning abilities as our specialized rug bath was destroyed in the fire. If you have rugs that have lightly soiled surfaces, but not pet spots, we should be able to clean these to your satisfaction. For rugs needing deeper cleaning to remove pet odors and heavy soil, we are working to have a new specialized rug bath available soon.

Are you still doing After-Hours service calls?

We will be resuming our After-Hours service calls in the next week.  We are working out the final logistics to be able to offer this service to our customers once again. Please check back for updates.

How did the fire start?

The fire department was not able to tell us that at this time. We do know that it started in the warehouse and quickly spread from there. It burned for over 4 hours and we experienced a complete loss to our offices and warehouse.

What does a complete loss mean in relation to my belongings that Bishop was cleaning?

Unfortunately, we do not believe that any rugs, furniture, etc. will be salvageable due to the extent of the fire and the massive amount of water used to put it out. We are still assessing the damage at this time and will be contacting each customer to assist them in the process of recovery.  Please be patient with us as we are doing everything in our power to expedite this process.
